1. Fill out an eCard Application or stop by the library
2. Bring in TWO forms of ID
3. Bring a Photo ID AND proof of address to the Marion County Library
4. Common forms of proof of address include utility/phone bills, voter ID, AND a state issued ID such as drivers license
